Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and addressing inquiries promptly.

- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, contributing to a welcoming office atmosphere.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support overall team and office operations.
- Collaborate closely with the office assistant to ensure seamless operations.
- Be available to work on Saturdays for routine office maintenance as needed.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and guests, fostering a positive work environment.
- Exhibit good time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed on time with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma or above; relevant administrative experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in reading and writing in both Chinese and English, with good Cantonese communication skills.
- Familiar with MS Office and possess good computer operation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive and positive, able to work under pressure, with a willingness to learn new knowledge.
