Senior Brand & Communication Executive

Job Description 

As a fast-growing and energetic e-commerce company, we are now looking for passionate and creative talent to join us.

Responsibilities 

• Campaign Management: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, TV, email, print, events) to support business growth. 
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. 
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external partners (e.g., agencies, influencers) to implement marketing initiatives. 
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data to drive improvements and optimize campaigns. 

Requirements 

• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing. Experience in FMCG is preferred but not required. 
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Communication, Marketing, or Business-related disciplines. 
• Skills: 
  • Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills. Experience in content creation is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask with good organizational skills, and capability to work independently to meet tight schedules.
  • Creative with a strong marketing sense to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Good communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese.
• Passion: A strong interest in developing a career in the e-commerce, retail, or startup industry.
