Your ‘day to day’

In Key Accounts, your role is to act as a category leader, developing and implementing strategic plans while encouraging long-term partnerships. This position requires self-motivation, agility to learn, and the ability to work independently. It demonstrates market analysis to make data-driven decisions, consistently leads competitive edge initiatives, and mobilizes account management to support PMI's vision and category advocacy.

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Key Accounts Manager with a proven track record in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have:

· Over 5 years of experience in key account management and related commercial roles focusing on important metrics for business success

· Target-centered attitude with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals

· Strong critical thinking and the ability to successfully implement innovative sales strategies

· Outstanding analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions

· Flawless negotiation and communication skills to foster strong client relationships

account management, and related commercial roles leading critical metrics

· Demonstrated ability to impact critical metrics in a highly competitive setting

· Experience in leading initiatives that determine the commercial success of products and services

Critical thinking

· Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with company objectives

· Proven success in implementing strategies that improve market position and drive growth

Hands-on experience in project management

· Practical experience in managing projects from inception to completion

· Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards
