Youth Worker (Youth Employment Network)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop creative original content posts for various social media platforms and digital channels to tie in with the social media strategies
• Monitor media and forums conversations to catch trendy topics and generate real-time marketing content
• Responsible for copywriting, editing, production and distribution of content posts, e-News, articles, editorial features and other promotion materials (e.g. poster, leaflet)
• Analyse social media performance and deliver meaningful insights from reports
• Perform any other related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements:
Study Fields：

• University degree or equivalent preferably with major in marketing, communications, media, public relations, journalism or related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder or above in marketing, communications, media, public relations, journalism or related field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• (either one)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Excellent knowledge of digital media platforms including web, e-News, and social media. Knowledge of graphic design, video editing and photography will be an advantage
• Experience in and familiar with SEO tools, keyword research, data analysis, and content optimisation
