Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to develop strategies for new products from idea generation, research, flavor development and package design to product launch.
- Conduct analysis to understand the market trend and product performance to identify opportunities and challenges for growth and development.
- Lead and monitor product development & renovation projects, coordinate with internal parties for project progress within deadlines.
- Develop annual marketing plans, execute consumer communication campaigns, and analyze market trends for business opportunities.
- Collaborate with agencies to gather consumer insights, direct advertising and promotion programs.
- Manage advertising and promotion budgets, negotiate with external parties, and supervise subordinates for project management.
- Drive new product strategies, oversee product development projects, and coordinate internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Drive marketing campaigns through various channels, in-store activities and social media platforms, driving sales and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct Marketing research and regular marketing activities analysis.
- Response to customers’ enquiries and follow up issues.
- Compile regular reports and participate in ad hoc assignments and projects.
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with FMCG industry especially food & beverage products.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- 8-10 years of FMCG marketing experience, including at least 3 years at a managerial level.
- Experienced in food & beverage product development is a definite advantage.
- With solid experience in market data analysis.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to work under pressure and take up new challenges.
- Good business sense, logical mindset with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as well as computer applications, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
