Hong Kong General Manager

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all operations and business activities in Hong Kong. lead the team of professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of logistics services.
• Typically focused on managing and overseeing operations, sales, and business development activities in Hong Kong
• Leadership and Team Management:

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to Hong Kong team.

- Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.

- Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for team members.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Hong Kong.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Operations Management:

- Monitor and analyze operational performance, implementing improvements as necessary.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage Hong Kong 's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

- Monitor and control costs, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.

- Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for senior management. organisational goals

What we're looking for

• Bachler’s degree, ideally specialized in business, logistics and/or supply chain management.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a global logistics , Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
