职位描述

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

You will be responsible for:

  • assisting the Strategic Partnerships & Events team to manage venue hiring, filming and advertising business operations of the Public Open Space and Special Venues;
  • managing the day-to-day administration and reporting of the cross-departmental Public Open Space and Special Venue Venue Hiring Committee;
  • managing the entire venue hiring and advertising sales process, including enquiry and site visit handling, proposal, licence agreement and invoice preparation, VEM system application, event management, post-event follow up;
  • conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify potential sales and new business;
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of both planned and ad-hoc events and advertising campaigns;
  • providing a wide range of administrative support to the team in a timely manner to ensure the smooth running of business operations;
  • maintaining and building good relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders; and
  • performing ad hoc and special projects as requested.

You should:

  • possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, cultural industries or a related field;
  • have a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in marketing, communication, sales, partnerships, and event management, or a related field is required. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Officer position;
  • demonstrate proficiency in computer applications e.g. MS Office, Photoshop;
  • possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), enabling clear and concise information delivery to stakeholders at all levels;
  • be highly skilled in organization and time management, adept at complex problem-solving, detail-oriented, and proficient in prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines;
  • have ability to work independently with minimum supervision; and
  • be a dedicated team player possessing strong communication and presentation abilities.
