Senior IT Support / IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day helpdesk support to head office/ site users
• Diagnose hardware, peripherals, and software problem
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Sound knowledge in Windows and experience in software installation, setup, configuration, and upgrade
• Assist in infrastructure setup, upgrade, and maintenance
• Provide IT support to any on-site visits/ projects as required;
• Maintain assets and other related records

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Knowledge in IT supports operations, Windows Administration, and troubleshooting.
• At least 3-years relevant experience in IT support, system installation, and maintenance;
• Familiar with software operation including Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Application, TeamViewer, Zoom, Endpoint, etc.;
• Knowledge of networking terminology with an understanding of networking technology such as LAN/WAN, TCPIP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, and Email technology
• Self-motivated, quick response, strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
