Accountant (Non Shipping Group)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing support for management review. Job Description
• Review and prepare month-end closing accounts and cost reports within designated timelines.
• Monitor and reconcile inter-company balances to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
• Manage bank accounts including preparation of related banking documents.
• Prepare financial schedules for analysis and review by management.
• Provide support and resolve queries related to financial matters.
• Liaise with auditors for annual audit and assist with tax filing issues.
• Carry out any ad hoc assignments as required.
• Handle accounting duties across multiple companies in Hong Kong and review the reports from PRC companies.
• Prepare consolidation schedules and group consolidation.

Requirements
• Degree in Finance and Accounting or other related disciplines / qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent and able to articulate ideas and concepts clearly.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
