Information Security Architect | Enterprise Infrastructure | In-house

As a Security Architecture Manager , you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's IT infrastructure and data. You will lead a team of security professionals, develop and implement security strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the company's cybersecurity strategy, aligning it with corporate objectives and IT strategy.
• Establish and validate security configuration standards for IT infrastructure, operating systems, network and access security tools, and data encryption protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive security reviews to identify vulnerabilities and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic security guidance for application development and infrastructure projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to enhance our security posture.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of security measures.
• Manage and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a senior supervisory role.
• Possess professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, TOGAF, and/or GAIC.
• Proven experience in managing security infrastructures, including firewalls, IPSs, WAFs, endpoint protection, SIEM, and log management technology.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management tools, IT infrastructures, and designing IAM technologies and services.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
