- Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team ;
- Handle customers’ enquiries and follow-up orders to ensure timely delivery ;
- Maintain updated records of sales, tender documents and contracts ;
- Handle correspondence for sales team ;
- Compile monthly/quarterly sales reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Requirements :
- Tertiary education or above ;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration and coordination role ;
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese ;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and ERP system ;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills ;
- Organized, detail-minded, able to work under pressure & meet tight deadline ;
- Immediate availability is preferred
