We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and evaluating the business needs of our products and projects. You will collaborate with the NineSmart team and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet customer requirements and achieve company objectives.

You'll be responsible for…

• Research, gather, and analyze business requirements and provide suitable solutions for clients and internal team

• Draft related documents to provide clear guidelines for internal and external development parties

• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Programming, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and other stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs

• Collect requirements to understand their business needs and objectives

• Prepare quotations to accurately reflect the proposed solutions

• Assist in developing business processes, use cases, and requirement documents

• Conduct on-site imspection to gather insights and understand the specific needs of the project

• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape, providing insightful analysis and improvement recommendations for existing systems and processes

Right fit if you are…

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in business analysis or related fields

• Strong numerical sensitivity, with the ability to analyze and interpret data accurately

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, capable of understanding and clarifying business requirements

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile development methodologies

• Good communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
