Presales / Solution Consultant (AI technologies, LLM)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities, including presentations, solution demonstrations, user requirement gathering, and proposal development
• Design infrastructure solutions, including network and server systems, during the pre-sales stage
• Provide expertise in AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), document management systems, and knowledge management solutions to address client needs
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and drive business opportunities
• Assist in preparing formal RFP responses for government and enterprise clients
• Participate in ad hoc projects and provide support to the team’s success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines 
• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates with a strong interest in IT and pre-sales are welcome to apply (junior or trainee positions available) 
• Experience in infrastructure architecture design, such as networking, virtualization, or backup solutions, is an advantage 
• Knowledge or experience with AI technologies , Large Language Models (LLMs) , document management , and knowledge management systems is highly preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset 
• Positive attitude, fast learner, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
