Administrator (Fluent English / 5 Day Work Week)

What You Will Do

• Ensure administrative and office support is being facilitated, i.e. mail distribution, filing, errands, kitchen, conference rooms, answering phones, office supply ordering and maintenance etc.

• Maintain a consistent and accurate diary of meetings, coordinate and organize travel arrangements, meeting schedules, appointments etc.

• Prepare agenda and minutes for senior management team meetings

• Coordinate with IT Department for office technology needs, upgrades, issues and monitor monthly copier meter records and billing

• Assist Office Manager with preparation of new hire orientation, scheduling, on-boarding, planning of staff functions, office budgeting, general accounting functions, regular reports and other logistics

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience in handling Office Administration / Receptionist / Secretarial / Executive Assistant duties, with exposure gained from design houses, hospitality, construction companies and large corporations an advantage

• Fluent English is a MUST

• Strategic thinker, well-organized, flexible, proactive, able to adhere to a defined process

• Confident working in a dynamic and continually changing environment

• You will be based in Hong Kong for this role
