Human Resources Officer (Recruitment Focus)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum recruitment process for frontline and office positions, prepare job description, source talent via appropriate channels, arrange interview and offer proposal

• Benchmark the market trends and recruitment activities

• Preparing reports and survey for management review, headcount budgeting and planning

• Update and maintain recruitment reports and database to ensure accuracy

• Design the Talent Development project for all department, involving their training & development program to motivate the staff

• HR branding efforts on internal and external social media platforms

• Conduct data input and update in HRIS System and paper record

• Plan, develop and coordinate different campaigns and activities to engage employees including but not limited to employee relation activities, recruitment activities, training workshops and etc

• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.

Requirement:

• 2 years’ relevant experience in retail or beauty industry is advantages

• Sensitive to numbers, responsibility and reliable

• Can work independently, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and basic PC knowledge.
