Sales Operations Manager / Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns and monitor market trends.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Supervise the sales team, track progress, and provide guidance to overcome challenges.
• Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with corporate teams to achieve KPIs.
• Review operational costs and support ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales operations and sales management, with a strong focus on B2C and retail sectors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Analytical, organized, proactive, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Passionate about creativity, innovation, and driving results.
