Responsibilities:
- HR duties such as payroll, MPF, staff attendance & leave record
- Focus on recruitment and onboarding
- Handle general administration duties for the office/factory
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks & projects (if required)
Requirements:
- DSE or above in related disciplines
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience required is preferred
- A team player with high initiative, detail-minded, able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in spoken/written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Knowledge of HRIS is an added advantage
