Role & Responsibilities
- Performing full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll administration, MPF, medical insurance, performance appraisal & etc.
- Recruit qualified candidates, screen applicants and conduct employment interviews.
- Determine appropriate recruitment channels, prepare job advertisements, contact recruitment agencies etc.
- Provide input regarding potential enhancements to current human resources practices.
- Maintain communications with line managers and employees and deal with issues and concerns
- Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned or requested.
- Assist in studies related to job design and organizational structure, and make recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in the internal job title system management of the whole company, according to market trends and business priorities, continuously improve and optimize the Job family/grade/level design.
- Assist to organize company functions and activities.
- Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Human Resources.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience is required.(Experience in the IT industry or Talent Acquisition is a bonus)
- Good understanding of EO and other HR-related legislations.
- Ability to multi-tasks and work under pressure.
- Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office application.
- Ability to work independently.
