Assistant merchandiser (Toys)

Requirements:

• One year or above experience in office clerical field
• Experience in toys field will be an advantage
• Good presentation, self-motivated and detailed oriented
• Computer knowledge is a MUST
• Good at Chinese and English typing
• Team player and cooperate with the team
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
• Immediate available is preferrable

Responsibilities:

• Order processing and data entries
• Follow up production status to meet delivery requirements
• Track production schedule to ensure on time delivery
• Maintain accurate and update order records
• Arrange and purchase consignments to vendors
• Samples coordination
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
