Floor Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Store Manager
• Maximize sales results by sound retail management skills and effective business strategies
• Manage the day-to-day operations of store
• Promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through service excellence

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in related disciplines
• At least 10 years' sales experience of which 5 years of managerial experience in retail industry
• Proven track record of managing a large team with substantial business achievements
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong business minded and customer service oriented
• Immediate available is preferably
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Floor Manager
