Business Development Manager

Job description

• Manage a team to enhance performance and achieve company goals
• Promote paper products by consulting with clients to identify their specific needs for printing, advertising, or packaging projects, offering tailored recommendations
• Follow up on paper specifications to ensure accurate order placement and maintain detailed records for future reference
• Establish and maintain client relationships to foster collaboration and drive sales growth
• Develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives and enhance satisfaction
• Perform ad hoc as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or BA, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in printing, luxury packaging, or advertising agencies, with advanced knowledge of printing or advertising industries (including paper specifications and applications) considered a strong advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively, and able to work under pressure to achieve company targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player, and outgoing personality
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Immediate available would be an advantage
