Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be joining a small, agile team to contribute to a diverse range of projects, from marketing and communications, to account management, all aimed at enhancing the educational experience for our users. Working directly with senior management, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

You will play a role in a fast-growing education technology company, making meaningful contributions to students' learning and witnessing the positive impact firsthand, driving long-term changes in education.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Assist on planning, implementing and evaluation of marketing campaigns
• Conduct research to gain access to up-to-date market trends and bring in new ideas to enhance the performance
• Support sales & marketing activities to generate leads
• Develop creative marketing materials together with internal team so as to facilitate the project implemented effectively
• Handle ad hoc tasks as per assigned by the Management
   

Requirements:

• 2-4 years relevant working experience in marketing
• Strong marketing sense and attentive to details
• Ability to work in a tight timeline and work well as a team
• Independent, creative and result oriented
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to handle constant change in a start-up environment
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with excel
• Experience in education or marketing is a plus!
   

Language requirements:

• Cantonese proficiency is a must 
• Good English and Mandarin skills are a bonus.
