Responsibilities

• Carry out site investigation works supervision and/or conduct design coordination
• Ensure the structural works are complying with the regulation and procedures
• Supervise and monitor the work quality and work progress on site
• Control and monitor the testing & commissioning activities
• Prepare reports and keep records of works carried out
• Perform other duties on contract management as designated

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Shall be eligible for TCP T3 in RSE stream under Building Ordinance. Any candidate who is also qualified to act as TCP T3 under RGE Stream are preferred as well
• Adaptable, well organized and independent
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
