Responsibilities
- Plan and direct the daily fleet management operations;
- Oversee the job-tracking and deployment of the fleet staff;
- Plan and manage computerized information systems for logistics control and record keeping;
- Develop and implement the standard operating procedures, service schedules, quality control, and continuous improvement programs;
- Evaluate contractor, vendor, and supplier contract performance;
- Manage subcontractors to achieve standards set out by the company;
- Maintain a variety of records and prepare reports for management review;
- Work closely with customer service to eliminate customer complaints;
- Data entry, filling, follow up orders.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Logistics and Supply Chain or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience;
- Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
- Good command of English and Cantonese native speaker
- Proactive, highly motivated, good interpersonal skills and good team player;
- Multi-tasking and able to work independently;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
Work Location: Kwai Chung
