IT Support Assistant

Objective of the Position:

• Assist for daily supporting tasks include O365/SharePoint/Teams/One drive.
• Enhance the productivity of support Team.
• Assist ad hoc tasks in IT services.
• Assist in collecting e-Form requirements and implementation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1st level support for in-house staff.
• Managing web-based applications includes operation task and problem solving. 
• Provide end-user support in a timely manner.
• Handling staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Perform PC Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting. 

What You Have:

• Diploma in computer information technology or equivalent. 
• At least 1 year of experience in support role is preferred.
• Self-motivation with quick response times.
• Be a good team player and able to learn.
• Proven ability to communicate in Chinese and English.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior role
• Support M365 experience preferred.
• Experience in PC/LAN support. 
• Knowledge of MS Office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
• Experience in window 11 upgrade project is an advantage.
