- Participate in exciting indoor and outdoor events to promote innovative products and services
- Develop strong customer relationships and boost sales through face-to-face interactions
- Attend regular meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance your personal and professional growth
What We Offer
- Gain invaluable training and mentorship in essential face-to-face communication skills, focusing specifically on enhancing your verbal communication abilities, conflict resolution techniques, and storytelling and narrative skills
- Receive comprehensive training in direct sales and offline marketing, enabling you to develop expertise in areas including implementing effective promotion strategies, driving sales through engaging customer interactions, mastering the art of direct sales, and leveraging dynamic offline marketing strategies to enhance brand exposure and boost sales
- Opportunities to gain leadership experience by mentoring and teaching new team members about the knowledge and skills you have acquired, taking on the role of a Person-in-Charge (PIC) in daily events, providing you with hands-on leadership and organizational experience
Requirements:
- High Diploma and above, welcome recent graduates to apply for this role
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Events, or Branding is a plus
- Immediate availability is preferred
- If you are not Hongkonger, please make sure you have working VISA and able to communicate in Cantonese
