Duties
1. Responsible for office administrative works
2. Organize Chairman’s daily schedule and activities
3. Coordinate meetings of chairman with both internal and various external parties like government, education institution, chambers of commerce and associations.
4. Assist in preparing the company's marketing and training activities (including exhibitions, technical exchanges, demonstrations, etc.)
Requirement
1. Degree or above, graduated from business, administrative management
2. 5 years solid experience in similar position
3. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
4. Good communication and organizational skills, energetic
5. Proficient in application of office software.
6. Applicants with experience in marketing, administration will be advantage
