Job Highlight
5.5 days work (Alternative Saturday work week, 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturday)
Guaranteed Double Pay + Non-Guaranteed Year-End Bonus
Merit Bonus + Attendance Bonus + Medical Allowance
Locations: Close to Chai Wan MTR Station

Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform general office administrative and clerical supports
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Review and sort incoming emails and mails for relevant functions
Responsible for all aspects of office administration, procurement, and facility management
Manage license/insurance renewals and equipment maintenance
Handle and maintain confidential information and documents 

Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
2 years or above working in the administrative department or relevant working experience
Basic I.T. Knowledge
Detail-oriented, well-organized, excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of people
High proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel
High proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Immediate availability is an advantage
