Position responsibilities

1. be fully responsible for the management and operation of the company's administrative affairs, develop and improve the administrative management system and process, and supervise the implementation.

2. Organize and coordinate the preparation and implementation of all kinds of meetings and activities to ensure the smooth progress and effect of the activities.

3. responsible for the company's office supplies, equipment procurement and management, reasonable cost control, to ensure the timely supply and effective use of materials.

4. Manage the company's office environment, maintain the cleanliness, safety and comfort of the office area, including the maintenance and management of facilities and equipment.

5. Coordinate the relationship between the company and external related units, such as government departments, partners, etc., to establish a good corporate image.

6. Responsible for the company's vehicle management, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance and expense control.

7. leading the administrative team, guiding and training subordinate staff to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the team.

8. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the superior leadership.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in administration, business management or other related majors.

2. 1-3 years of administrative management experience, technology companies or related industries is preferred. 3.
