Store Manager

About the role

As a full-time Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, leading and motivating a team of sales associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with the regional office teams to support the overall success of the business
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by Line Manager

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
