美容顧問 Beauty Advisor (Full Time/ Part Time)

Purpose of the Job
Beauty Advisor needs to promote specified Beauty products (Ya-Man) in a professional and proper manner
美容顧問需以專業和適當的方式推廣指定的美容產品（Ya-Man）
Responsibilities
Achieve sales target and maximize customer satisfaction service standards
Develop customer base and recruit loyalty customers
Manage / Refill in-store VM neatly and properly
Follow company's price guideline and promotion offer
Suggest and follow up stock replenishment
Build up and maintain a good relationship with shop supervisor and counter salesmen
Submit daily sales record to Supervisor accurately
Report and update competitors' activities

發展顧客群並吸引忠誠度顧客
管理和補充店內的陳列
遵循公司的價格指引和促銷優惠
提出並跟進庫存補充
與店面主管和櫃檯銷售人員建立良好的工作關係
准確向主管提交每日銷售記錄
報告並更新競爭對手的活動

Requirements
Form 5 or above 
At least 1 year promoter work experience is preferable
Self-motivated, energetic and good communication skill
Good command of spoken in Chinese, basic in English and Mandarin
中五或以上
具備至少1年的推廣員工作經驗。
自我激勵的能力，精力充沛，並擁有良好的溝通技巧。
具備良好的中文口語能力，基本的英文和普通話能力
