Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities for F&B POS Systems, Kitchen Management Systems, CRM, and Coupon Management Systems in the Hospitality and F&B segment
- Analyse business cases and collect customer requirements
- To obtain information on market trends and customer needs, therefore providing insights to the management, with recommendations.
- To maintain regular contact and follow up with existing accounts, for maximum retention and sustainable business relationship.
- Drive business cooperation and develop strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams e.g. Sales Engineer Team, Marketing Team, Project Team, and Product Team for the whole selling cycle including proposal preparation, presentation, contract negotiations, and internal order process.
- Coordinate exhibitions, symposiums, and product conferences.
- Regularly report progress and sales data to senior management.
- Able to handle ad hoc assignments timely and professionally.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or Information Technology is preferred;
- Previous experience working within a Pre-Sales / Sales / Account; Management / Business Development position is highly preferred;
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Good attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, organization, and administrative skills;
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates / Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive.
