About the role

Mayer Holdings Limited is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales and Marketing professional to join our team in Sheung Wan, Central and Western District. This full-time position will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and generating new qualified leads through outbound sales activities
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to convert leads into new customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
  • Attending industry events and networking to identify new business opportunities
  • Providing detailed reports on sales performance and pipeline
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the overall sales strategy

    • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the sales industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and experience in developing promotional materials
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
