Assistant Business Development Manager

Major Responsibilities:

• Specification work with architects, developers, designers, sustainability consultants and government bodies.
• Customer relationship building.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies.
• Organize marketing related activities including seminars and other publicity events.
• Cold call is required based on company provided project data base.
• Have existing network and good contacts with architects and developers would be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in building services/Engineering/Marketing/Business Administration or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experiences.
• Detail minded, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong organization, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• PC literate, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
