Job Description
The Centre of Learning and Life Enhancement (CLLE) is an innovative, multicultural and professional one-stop learning center equipped with a full spectrum of educational and learning services catering for the whole family. To cope with our growth, we are now inviting high caliber to join our team.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer the general enquiries via telephone, email and visitors at the reception counter
  • Handle customer  complaints and feedback  of courses, members and center facilities in professional manner at the CLLE
  • Process membership applications, courses enrollment and payments
  • Assist in center relationship building events 
  • Provide general administration work and data compilation as required 
     

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with 2 years work experience in any disciplines
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Customer service oriented, good telephone manner
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Detailed mind, enthusiastic, willing to learn and able to work independent 
  • 5 days work and 44 hours per week including Saturdays
