Assistant Guest Relations Officer (Concierge) (5-day work) - Shatin / Tai Po / Tin Shui Wai / Tung Chung District
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide superior service related to property management
- Assist in handling customers’ enquiries and requests
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with Certificate in Property and Facility Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
- At least 1 years´ relevant experience in property management
- People-oriented with full commitment to customer service
- Proactive and able to work under high pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
