Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to end to end recruitment process including job advertisement posting, interview arrangements, conducting of interviews, handling of staff on-boarding preparations
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives and assist to monitor the effectiveness
  • Keep updated to the labour market trend and recommend necessary actions to maintain company’s competitiveness
  • Assist in maintaining data quality of personnel databases, and preparing HR documentation for the full employment cycle
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in handling recruitment campaigns (e.g. MT Programme, campus recruitment) would be an advantage
  • Well versed in HR-related Ordinances is essential
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, open-minded and persistent in problem-solving
  • Able to work with all levels of colleagues in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability will be a definite advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
