Job Description

Role Responsibility

  • Identify and recruit new customers for expanding business clientele through direct field sales activities (including field cold-calling, customer referrals, sales pitching etc.) supported by digital marketing activations to target customers
  • Optimize business opportunities with existing or prospective customers by regular customer visits and reviews through providing more and better offerings and solutions
  • Maintain and foster strong rapport with existing customers and review customer performance and service levels on a daily basis
  • Gather market and customer information for continuous improvement

The Ideal Candidate

  • DSE graduated or above
  • Minimum 3 year of sales experience preferably with outdoor sales exposure
  • Diploma or Associate Degree Holder
  • Sales driven and customer service oriented
  • Positive, proactive and good communication skill
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications in Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fair in both spoken and written English and proficient in Cantonese
  • Less experience will be considered as an Office Solutions Specialist
