Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities of Assistant Property Manager (On-Site, Portfolio Management) are to carry out the daily duties at commercial buildings and residential buildings.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Oversee the Buildings' daily operation including security, cleaning, repair and maintenance arrangement.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise building management duties to maintain high service standards.
  • Implement Head Office policies and instructions, and communicate them to subordinates as needed.
  • Assist in drafting and updating the operation manual, work instructions, and policies.
  • According to the actual situation of the Building, make recommendation to Head Office for areas of improvement (e.g. staff quality, building facilities, decoration etc.)
  • Collaborate in preparing annual building management and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents for improvement work, and invite quotation for regular maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational reports.
  • Maintain good relationship with Landlord and Clients. 
     

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Degree/ Diploma or above in Property Management/Housing Studies related discipline
  • 5 years' relevant experience in Property Management/Facilities Management
  • Holder with PMP License is an advantage
  • Prior experience gained from managing Commercial Building(s) is required
  • Sound Knowledge of BMO, DMC & Tenancy agreements
  • Customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Hands on PC skills
