Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer internal and external calls and queries in a professional manner
  • Maintain clients information list
  • Prepare weekly business report
  • Provide admin support to Sales Team / Operation Team
  • Prepare sales quotation and invoices
  • Provide after sales support to customers
  • Perform adhoc task assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Diploma holders or above
  • Fresh Graduate welcome
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Proficient in presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Skilled in multitasking and able to work independently
  • Positive, responsible and capable of working under pressure
