As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Business Development Assistant to join our team and support business expansion while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying and developing new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients;
2. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support business strategies;
3. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents;
4. Follow up on potential client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and providing suitable solutions;
5. Assist in planning and executing client events, such as business meetings, presentations, and promotional activities;
6. Perform other business support duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields;
2. 1+ years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome);
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage;
4. Self-motivated, responsible, and a strong team player;
5. Strong time management and multitasking abilities;
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
