Job Description
Main purpose of the role:

Responsibilities:
- To keep trustful relationships with clients through proactive follow-up actions and supports to drive successful level of renewals contract; including dealing with customer complaints and follow-up
- To prepare the contract renewal proposal and the related documentary works;
- To provide the potential or existing client a outstanding security service solutions and resolving challenges in a skillful way
- To update and share market intelligence with all stakeholders
- We welcome any fresh university graduate or with less experience candidate
- University graduate in any discipline;
- Excellent business development and presentation skills
- Proactive, responsible, well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking, work under pressure, manage tight schedule
- Good computer skills to supervise the account development with CRM system
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
