Job Description

Join our team as a Business Development Executive –  dedicated to accelerating the expansion of our health-focused solutions, including innovative check-up and medical schemes tailored for SMEs and corporate entities. We seek a dynamic individual with a keen sales acumen, a relentless drive for growth, and a demonstrated history of forging enduring partnerships and clinching successful deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to broaden the customer base and boost revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with corporate clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate entities, particularly HR professionals, to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions enhance employee benefits.
  • Meet business targets while continually improving sales and profitability in alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide account management services to existing clients and ensure operational compliance on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales and business development experience; familiarity with human resources
  • consultancy is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously, results-driven, and self-motivated, with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Well-presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Employment and remuneration:

  • 5-day working week
