We are looking for an energetic, proactive candidate with a hunter style selling approach. This person will be involved in full end to end sales processes including, pitching and presenting, bidding and closing. You will be expected to develop your own pipeline of clients and have the ability to forge those relationships in a commercial return. Not only is the sales skills important but one of the most important aspects we’re looking for is a team player who is accountable for outcomes, positive or negative. Someone who can work within the team as well as building relationships through the whole organization.



What you’ll do:

  • Responsible to introduce and promote our China marketing services (e.g. 小紅書, 微信, 抖音) to clients and agencies
  • Prepare marketing proposals according to clients' particular needs and budget
  • In charge of the whole business development process, including new client prospecting, structuring and negotiating commercial deals, client onboarding and continuous client support, regular business performance review, and up-sales.
  • Liaising and collaborating with Account Managers to manage all corporate account requests
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly qualified objectives and quotas
  • Pitch and communicate with our product offering, maximise sales revenue from brand client by offering them the best value of services

 

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in Business Development / Account Management in marketing industry
  • A dynamic “hunter” personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential
  • Knowledge in China digital marketing/influencer industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Cantonese is required
  • Strong commercial sense, analytical, written and verbal communications skills
  • Outgoing, extroverted and love to be surrounded by people
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
