Business Development Manager

1. Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in inspection, testing, social responsibility auditing, supply chain sustainability, and other related services for consumer products in Hong Kong.
Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential clients, emerging market trends, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

2. Sales Management
Set and achieve sales targets and budgets on a monthly and annual basis.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance sales performance.

3. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, operation, quality, and technology, to deliver excellent service and support to clients.
Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive brand image.

4. Market and Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
Use market insights to develop competitive strategies and differentiate our services in the market.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to help shape service offerings and marketing campaigns.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives and the delivery of services.
