Anyang Trading Limited (Anyang Trading) is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager. What you'll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and building relationships with potential clients
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
• Negotiating and closing deals to secure new contracts and revenue streams
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
• Providing valuable feedback and insights to inform our product and service development
• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in new business development, preferably within the Sales industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
• Highly motivated and self-driven, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
• Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
