We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. What You Will Do:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute plans to achieve business goals.
- Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders and collaborators.
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients, build relationships, and follow up on payments (B2B).
- Prepare BD Materials: Develop and manage sales decks, proposals, and other materials for the BD team.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing events to drive business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales development (B2B), account management, or partnership management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to craft win-win strategies for partners.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations (including preparing sales materials and decks).
- A willingness to learn new technologies and products.
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of the Education or IT industries is a plus.
