About the Role

Eats365 is rapidly-growing in the F&B industry in over 27 regions. Our solution helps thousands of restaurants maximize their productivity and serve their customers better every day. As a Business Development Specialist, your goals will be to help to expand our sales channels, gain market share and bring restaurants globally one step closer to the future of dining.

How will you achieve these goals? Through building and nurturing meaningful business partnerships.

Our portfolio of diverse partners all play a key role in our success. Solution partners are third-party apps (currently over 100 globally, and growing!) that are integrated into our product ecosystem. You, as a Business Development Specialist, will not only help to find more solution partners that complement our product ecosystem, but will also collaborate with them on strategies to better penetrate the market together.

Reseller partners act as Eats365’s representatives in their respective local markets. You will nurture a strong working relationship with them and develop ways to ensure their success. This includes building training decks that encapsulate our vision, the standout points of our product ecosystem and how to represent Eats365 in the best possible way to customers.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify and develop partnerships to grow our partnership ecosystem
  • Understand customer pain points and what drives decision-making in our target market
  • Gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and differentiate Eats365 from other competitors
  • Work out strategies and propose innovative ways to expand market share
  • Work with Customer Success and Sales teams to develop and deliver training and presentations materials (such as training decks) for our partners
  • Assist in organizing and executing market activities and events
  • Support global region expansion, regularly summarize and maintain smooth communication with the overseas branch office

What Youll Need:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales development--B2B, account management or partnership experience
  • Good commercial acumen; instinct for developing win-win strategies with partners
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills; entrepreneurial and display ownership of the role
  • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and organization skills
  • Great presentation (including capturing information on sales decks and materials); strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in F&B is a plus
  • Japanese Language is a plus
