Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve clients and candidates’ enquiries through text messages, inbound calls and emails
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
  • Provide assistance to activate, train, and educate merchant users
  • Analyse and react upon merchant users’ feedback
  • Explore merchants' potential needs, coordinate and communicate with internal departments to optimize operational strategy, product development and business development
  • Provide technical and product related assistance to the Business Development team in pursuit of new clients and/or in support of expansion opportunities with existing clients
  • Constantly review and optimize the operational procedures of the team
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks related to business development and daily operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in relationship management and customer service, customer support in technology fields will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written/spoken Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English
  • Highly customer-focused and detail minded
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Passionate in latest technologies
  • Ability to work under fast-paced environment
  • A good team player, independent, self-disciplined, responsible
