Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, Asia, the candidate will play a supportive role in client cultivation and management, business development, inside sales and marketing efforts. The candidate will attend to the subscription needs of existing clients to 13D across Asia. The candidate will also assist with account servicing including proactive engagement, relationship-building, and event organisation for clients and prospects, and any other strategies deemed suitable. The candidate will also work closely with colleagues – locally, regionally and globally - to take a holistic view of expanding the business. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with global colleagues to coordinate visiting colleagues' trips in Asia, ensuring that preparation, documentation, meetings and follow-through are executed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative/Secretarial Support
• Provide full administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting materials.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing client documents such as renewal notes.
• Coordinate and manage travel logistics, itineraries, and documentation for visiting colleagues, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and follow-ups.
• Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of client transactions.
• Manage internal documentation and reports related to client activities and renewal processes. For example, Salesforce report generation is critical.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
2. Customer Service
• Assist in client service needs and ensure timely communication.
• Track and analyze client activities to identify potential risks, renewal opportunities, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless execution of client events, roundtables, and special engagements in Asia.
• Assist in the organization and execution of client meetings and events.
• Support the Managing Director in client relationship management, including follow-ups, client support, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
3. Inside Sales & Business Development Support
• Assist in identifying upselling opportunities within the existing client base to drive revenue growth.
• Execute marketing campaigns via Pardot.
• Work closely with the global inside sales and marketing teams to execute regional campaigns and initiatives.
• Track and review client renewal pipelines, ensuring smooth and timely renewals.
• Support business development efforts by coordinating outreach to potential prospects and managing follow-up processes.
• Contribute to client growth strategies by providing insights/analytics and feedback on client needs and market trends.
• Partner with the Managing Director to identify potential new business opportunities within the region.

Requirements:
· Degree holder;
· Mature and people-oriented;
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and oral;
· Excellent organizational and administration skills;
· Proactive, well-organized, conscientious and meticulous;
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
· Excellent command of business applications such as Outlook, Zoom, and Salesforce;
· Excellent command of computer and basic office equipment;
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage responsibilities under tight deadline;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset;
· Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams;
· Excellent team player with the ability to multi-task, learn fast, work independently, and under pressure.
